Cathy Bakker is a IIN Certified Health Coach specializing in supporting clients that wish to resolve health issues and enhance their overall wellness. I began my work in the health and wellness field after losing myself in a true fight for me and my daughter’s life. After years of painful struggling to identify a grappling illness that devastated me and my daughter, I decided to take control and discover the path to healing through my own wellness journey. By identifying my calling, I was able to find the right solution to health and wellness for me and my daughter. I use my personal experience, training, knowledge and intuition to help clients save their own lives and live their very best life.
How does Cathy work with her clients? By identifying my clients best life unlived and pinpointing personal road blocks that stand in the way of this, I help my clients to discover the areas of life that need attention. My work is less about food and more about allowing people to find who they’re meant to be. By inquiring with high mileage questions, I provide customized tools and strategies to help clients define their goals and meet them. I help my clients to identify and leverage their strengths and intuition to achieve their goals, target and remove the blocks to joyful life experiences. I encourage clients to pay close attention to their inner voice. By peeling back the intricate layers, I work with clients to identify the root cause of their issues and the results are life-changing. My work guides clients to examine how their thoughts and beliefs about themselves affect their well being and in turn, I support them in looking at themselves in a new way and help them to find the answers they need to live better lives.
During this coaching process, my clients discover things about themselves they didn't know. Whether it be weight loss, improved sleep, overcoming challenging feelings, situations, relationships or some other area of their life they want to nourish, I hold a non-judgemental space and provide a targeted health plan for clients to discover their best selves and rise into their fully nourished spirits.
